Concise definitions with the caution that matters in diligence.

Administrator powers

Permissions that may let designated parties pause, freeze, mint, burn, upgrade, or otherwise change token behavior.

These powers can be legitimate controls, but their holders, scope, and governance should be disclosed.
Beneficial interest

An economic or equitable entitlement held through another legal owner or custodian rather than direct title to the asset.

Its insolvency treatment depends on documents and law.
Buyback

A promise or facility under which an issuer, platform, or other party may repurchase tokens.

It is counterparty-supported liquidity, not the same as a deep secondary market.Source ↗
