Explain the signal or do not score it

The RWA Lens model is deterministic, conservative with unknowns, and designed to expose its source and reasoning for every criterion.

01

Evidence is not risk

Completeness counts available evidence even when that evidence is adverse or conflicting. A complete file can still contain serious risk signals.

02

Unknown is not positive

Unknown, adverse, and conflicting states receive no documented-strength credit. Partial evidence receives limited credit.

03

No commercial influence

Partner and referral configuration is stored separately and is not imported by the scoring model.

Scoring states

How evidence states affect the two outputs
StateCompleteness contributionDocumented-strength contributionMeaning
Confirmed100%100%Relevant evidence supports the criterion.
Partial50%55%Evidence exists but scope, freshness, independence, or relevance is limited.
Adverse100%0%The condition is documented and unfavorable.
Conflict100%0%Evidence exists but materially disagrees.
Unknown0%0%No usable evidence was provided.

Label sequence

Below 45% completeness, the report is labeled Incomplete evidence. Once that threshold is met, documented strength below 35 is Significant risk signals, below 55 is Elevated risk signals, below 75 is Moderate risk signals, and 75 or more is Stronger documented evidence.

None of these labels means safe, approved, verified, guaranteed, or suitable.

Versioning and reproducibility

The report records the assessment date and methodology version. The same normalized input, assessment date, and methodology version produces the same result.
