Useful evidence is still incomplete evidence

These limitations are part of the product, not a footnote to it.

01

Market coverage

Public aggregators apply their own eligibility, classification, and data-quality methods. The dated RWA.xyz snapshot is not a complete census of every token, platform, or legal structure.

02

Time

Point-in-time values can change after publication. Historical screenshots do not become live data merely because a page still displays them.

03

Identity

Addresses, accounts, transfers, and modeled users do not map cleanly to unique people, beneficial owners, or eligible investors.

04

Legal effect

Public terms can be incomplete or superseded. Only complete controlling documents, facts, and jurisdiction-specific professional analysis can address enforceability or classification.

05

Liquidity

Listings, transfers, volumes, and platform buybacks are different mechanisms. None alone proves an exit at a desired price or size.

06

Valuation and cash flow

Appraisals, issuer targets, rent rolls, collections, and token prices measure different things and can become stale or conflicted.

07

Forecasts

Deloitte's 2035 figures are projections based on market forecasts and penetration assumptions, not current observed market value.

08

Commercial estimates

Henley wealth figures use an in-house model and open-source holdings; they are not an official census.

09

Scoring

RWA Lens is a deterministic triage framework. Its labels are not probabilities of default, regulatory approval, investment grades, or recommendations.
